Wesley Jay Wehrman | 3 Months

Wesley Jay Wehrman is now 1/4 of a year old.

We had a beautiful Fall day for taking Wesley’s photos. The leaves falling and warm weather were perfect for a family outing. It is hard to imagine that he is already 3 months old. No longer is he just an infant that “eats, sleeps, and poops.” He has changed so much and is constantly taking in the world around him. He will stare so intensely at your face, as if to study every movement you make. He responds to voices and will give the biggest smile when you are talking to him. He is also beginning to “tell stories” to anyone wanting to listen, especially to his lion toy that hangs from his carseat as we go for a Sunday afternoon drive.

I’ve come to realize that one of the greatest things our children give to us as parents, is the opportunity to see and discover the world again as they do. As the wind blew through the trees and the leaves fell all around us, his wide-eyed amazement of the phenomenon reminded me of how beautiful that moment truly was.   ~Tina
