I call the Des Moines area home, and I'm thrilled to embark on photography adventures both near and far for my business. It would be a pleasure to connect with you!

My roots are firmly planted in Iowa, where I spent the majority of my life. However, I had the opportunity to spread my wings in San Diego, dedicating four years to crafting 3D graphics and renderings for an architectural firm. The year 2006 marked the beginning of my photography journey, coinciding with my return to Iowa. During this time, I crossed paths with my wonderful wife, Tina, and together, we've built a beautiful family with three kids, a dog, and a cat. Our household is always buzzing with laughter during our favorite Mario Cart game nights, and we cherish the simple joy of sharing a meal as a family.

On a personal note, I was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes in 1996, a journey that has uniquely shaped my perspective. Remarkably, two of my three children have also developed Type 1 Diabetes, creating a shared bond that inspires strength and resilience in our family.

A little insight into my passions: Pearl Jam is my all-time favorite band, and I'm drawn to authenticity, embracing my love for fellow nerds and those who stay true to themselves.

When it comes to photography, my heart lies in working with light, fog, and color to evoke a tangible and emotive essence in every photograph. I believe in capturing moments that resonate, creating timeless images that tell a story.
